He finds an old man called Billy and takes to the streets. they around for a safe place to stay place from the war and dropping bombs. They find a little boy in the library he was waiting for his mum. They know she's not coming back so they take him with them. It's all about the journey of escaping the war. They find new friends and keep themself safe from the war. It was great book because I loved the story line so it keept me interested throughout. I rate this book four stars it was a great book but in some parts it got a bit boring. I think this book is great choice to read and you can ask Miss Miclarin and she will show you the book. It is also a short listed book voted by The Childrens book council of Australia.
